About Chris Summers

Chris is a Southern California native, experienced entrepreneur, and Santa Barbara Realtor® with a long history in real estate, new construction and renovation. Certified by the Green Resource Council, Chris enjoys helping clients build, buy, and sell real estate with sustainability in mind.

After an early and successful career in arts & entertainment, Chris returned to college and earned a degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Law, later joining a start-up company that went public. Chris studied graduate business and marketing at the University of Notre Dame and returned to California, where an interest in construction and investing led him to become a licensed real estate agent and work on development projects, including new construction and renovation in Santa Barbara, Montecito, and the Beautiful Santa Ynez Valley.
